Refund policy

At ZENVI, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Time-frame

You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us

4. Refund Process

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (if applicable)
  • Defective or damaged products

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 6-7 days of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Personal care items (if opened/used)
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


9. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery
