Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Time-frame
You can request a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions
- Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us
4. Refund Process
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues (if applicable)
- Defective or damaged products

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Please notify us within 6-7 days of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
- Personal care items (if opened/used)
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable)
8. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost
- For all other returns, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
9. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery
